Question port 445 should I worry that it's closed but not stealth

    Setup:
New router which came with my new Tivo box, new antivirus (AVG security 2013 which has its own firewall)
1 computer (win7 64 bit) using ethernet, 1 computer (win7 32 bit) using wi-fi, both through same router.
So I thought it was time to do another ShieldsUp test.
For the first time ever I found that one port (445) was shown as closed but not stealth. (Previously everything was reported as stealth)
So the question is "Do I need to worry about this or just leave it as it is?"
And, if I do need to worry, should I ask AVG how to tweak the firewall or should I phone my ISP which provided the router?
Could it be that 445 is not stealth as far as the router is concerned but that my individual computers are in fact stealth on port 445 (ie is it a sort of "false positive" on the part of ShieldsUp)?
    Any theories?
    Kind regards

Port 445 is used for file & printer sharing among other things. It should not be open to the Internet.

You can find out more about port 445 by following some of the links at tcp port 445.

    Hi Joe
It is not open. The question should it be changed from closed to stealth and, if so, whom should I contact firewall tweaking?
    Kind regards

It should be done at the router.

    Hi Joe
Well I checked at the router and with the ISP. I and the ISP are unable to change the settings but they say there's no need to worry. As long as the port is closed it doesn't matter whether or not it's stealth. I suppose I'll have to take their word for it....
    Kind regards
