Have you checked your coffeemaker's firewall?

Seems you may need to do it, in a not so far future .

Will the homecooker refuse to cook the food if it thinks it's bad for you?

I have absolutely no need for any internet-connected devices, other than my cell phone and my computer, and possibly my TV.

Internet-controlled devices sound good at first, but in fact, each device provides a potentially unprotected entry point into your network.

And with the NSA working 24/7 with their supercomputers to hack into as much of our lives as they can, and with all of the emphasis on "green" and "conservation" these days, it won't be long before the government takes control of your internet-controlled devices.

Then after you get home, all your food is cooked, the TV is on, The temp is just right, you can then go sprawl on the couch and your personal robot will spoon feed you and then carry you up to bed and tuck you in until morning... If you need exercise, he will carry you up and down the stairs a few times until you're tired.
