Question Win 7 IE won't allow dowload of mozilla firefox.

Win 7 IE considers Firefox a security threat and will not allow Firefox setup stub 23_0_1_exe to download. What must I change to allow the download?

That is strange because my IE is set with most defaults and easily allows download of other browsers. I use Medium High setting under the Internet Options, Security, Internet setting.

Looks like it doesn't like the stub installer, try selecting your version from here: https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/all/ they seem to be the full download versions.

When I try that download I,m prompted at the bottom of IE10 to Run,Save, or Cancel. Selecting Save downloads the Stub Installer.

It may be your anti-virus. I have downloaded it without issues. What AV are you using?
