Question Outlook 2013 - Two .pst files

Hi there. I have found that I have two .pst files on my computer. One is located in C:\Users\Dad\Documents\Outlook Files\ and the other is in C:\Users\Dad\Documents\Outlook Files\Users\Dad\Documents\Outlook Files\. Both are the same size and have the same modified date. Is this usual or can I remove one of them ?

    Thanks in advance

Do you have two "copies" of your mailboxes showing up in Outlook?

I find the 2nd folder rather suspicious. I am wondering whether it really exists. Can you compare all the contents between C:\Users\Dad\Documents\ and C:\Users\Dad\Documents\Outlook Files\Users\Dad\Documents\? Are they actually different?

Hi. I ran a check with Windiff and it came up with no difference between the files, and I only have one copy of the mailbox, but two Outlook data files. I tempted to move one of the files and see what happens.

Did you check to see if the folder structures are the same? I find them really weird.
