    Corrupt Inbox Games Files

I ran sfc /scannow and it found corrupted files which could not be repaired, all of which related to Inbox Games. The only game I play is Solitaire, and I encounter no problems with that, so I am inclined not to worry about the corrupted files. Should I be worried about them?

    Advice would be appreciated.

    Thanks and regards,
    Roy

Are these Inbox Games something you installed? I have never heard of them. A Google search shows them as games downloaded. I would look for an installed app that is related to these corrupted files. If you do find something, removing it should fix the problem.

Although the sfc /scannow details called them Inbox Games, the specific corrupted files listed were Minesweeper, Solitaire, Purple Place etc. etc., namely the various games listed when you select the Games item in the "Turn Windows Features On Or Off" application in Control Panel. I had deselected all games except Solitaire.

As I said originally, since the only game I play is Solitaire, and I encounter no problems with that, I'm inclined not to worry about the corrupted files. Should I be worried about them?

If all you care about is Solitaire and it works then ignore the others.
