I have a SSD and a Hard disk... but it won't read my hard disk.

1 x Primary Hard Drive (120 GB Corsair Force Series GT SSD - Single Drive))
    1 x Data Hard Drive (1 TB HARD DRIVE -- 32M Cache, 7200 RPM, 6.0Gb/s - Single Drive))
These are the disks i bought along with my computer and im wondering how i am able to activate the 1TB hard drive. It won't show on my computer but under intel rapid storage system it acknowledges it is there but I am not able to use it. Any suggestions?

    hanzobreh,

Welcome to the Lounge as a new poster!

Try going into Computer Management -> Disk Management.

Does the Drive show up (don't forget to scroll)?
If the answer is NO you probably need to check your connections HD & MB data cable & Power.
If they are OK you may need to enable the drive in your BIOS.

Does the Drive have a letter assigned?
If the drive shows up but does not have a drive letter assigned you can do that here.
Click on the drive in the list. Select Action -> All Tasks -> Change Drive Letter and Paths...

I had to change the letter and pathway and enable it.
