    How to remove Conduit files

Conduit toolbars and other of their files try to load every time I open Firefox. My antivirus (VIPRE) immediately quarrantines them and I then delete them, but the next time, they try to come back. I've tried to research how to get rid of them permanently, but nothing I have tried works. Can anyone tell me how to get rid of them permanently?

    Thanks,
    Sheila

    Hi Sheila,

Have you checked for the search bar extension in Add-ons and disabled/removed it yet?

You could carefully follow the instructions here: http://malwaretips.com/blogs/remove-...h-and-toolbar/

Thanks for the information - I had already removed the conduit stuff from add-ons, but now will follow the rest of the instructions from the url you sent. Hopefully it will complete the job.
