Temp file locations in Outlook (2000)

I would like to find out where I can change the location of temporary files sent as attachments in Outlook. If I receive a file attachment and open it, by default it is stored in C:temp. For some of my users it is buried deep in their profiles., yet it seems that Outlook still looks in c:temp to open it and returns an error message when it cannot find the file in c:temp.

Temp file locations in Outlook (2000 and up)

To change the secure attachment location, you need to edit a registry key.

    HKEY_CURRENT_USERSoftwareMicrosoftOffice10.0Outloo kSecurity

    Value Name: OutlookSecureTempFolder
    Date Type: REG_SZ

If the value exists, and it contains a valid path, Outlook 2002 uses that location for its temporary files.
