    Windows Global capabilities

Does Windows have a global command to automatically close several tasks at once (without having to close them separately) ? Also does Windows have the capability to automatically open all windows in full screen mode ?

I don't think so. Programs have been available since at least the time of Windows 98 that close all or specified processes. Scripts will do it, as well. To close windows open on the Desktop, select one, press and hold Alt, then tap F4 repeatedly (this process will stall when a window comes into focus that won't close via Alt+F4).

I don't think so. Not sure what you want here. Most programs will remember to open maximized if you close them while they are maximized. For programs that don't, shortcuts can be made to open their targets maximized. This includes shortcuts in the Start menu and on the Taskbar.

Close All can close all open application windows with a single click or key (and doesn't even need to be installed, just downloaded and used).
