I tried that to no avail, I keep getting an error message as attached.
I also observed that the install did not ask for the email address.

When you uninstalled the connector did you delete the account associated with it too?

You can also check some of the links at outlook connector error 5102.

No I didn't delete the account as well, do you do that inside Outlook, that account is xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@live.com.au
Will I lose all my emails if I delete the account?

Yes, you delete the account within Outlook. You will not lose emails. If you are nervous about that back up your system first.

The remove account is greyed out after I uninstall connector.

How do I delete the account in Outlook? I have worked out how to delete it.

Now I have installed Connector, how do I install a new account for the email address AccessSolutions@live.com.au?

I have now installed the new account, the folders are there but the contents of the folders are not or only go back to a date of 12 months ago.

Are you sure you have the most recent version of the connector - Outlook Hotmail Connector 32-bit?

Also, do you have an email with an usually large attachment? Or one that appears to be corrupt?

Yes I have the latest version of connector.

    There are no large attachments.

I don't know why it won't receive emails.

The only other thing I've seen as a possible solution is to create a new email profile.
