Am I correct that remote desktop does not work when attempting to connect to a standard account on another computer?

Administrators are automatically added to remote users; standard users have to be added at Control Panel, System, Remote Settings, Remote Desktop Users, Add, Select Users:

    Click Select Users.
If you are an administrator on the computer, your current user account will automatically be added to the list of remote users and you can skip the next two steps.

Connect to another computer using Remote Desktop Connection
