Can't upload photos to Facebook using IE 10

This is something that has recently happened to me. Since I use IE10 that is how I access facebook. It doesn't upload my pictures anymore. Have no idea what may have caused this. If I use Chrome it works fine. Any ideas? Facebook? IE10? my computer? Until a couple weeks ago I didn't have this problem and I don't know what has changed.

Have you tried using Windows' "System Restore" to roll Windows back to a previous state when your computer was functioning correctly? It allows you to undo system changes without affecting your personal files, such as e-mail, documents, or photos.

My restore points are only from updates. Guess I can see what happens.

    Hi,

    Saying you can't upload pictures.

I don't know if it's the same as I'm experiencing, do you get the progress bars showing but not updating?

I have had this the last couple of day using IE9.

But after waiting a few minutes and then opening Facebook in another browser tab, I found that the pictures have actually uploaded.

I've not changed anything on my PC, so I suspect that it may some sort of Facebook update glitch.

    Edit 24 September

Mine is back to normal now.

    Regards

Same problem with Firefox.....I can post words but it won't post a pic. It will show the pic in the little "load" box, but "post" will never highlight.

I had this exact problem previously with Win 7 and IE10. It resolved itself once an update to Adobe Flash player was installed. Maybe the recent Flash update has "put the problem back"? So, a System Restore may well help you to see if this is in fact the case.
