    Outlook and AOL

I am using Outlook 2000, corporate version (using MS Exchange Server). I have several outside contact that use AOL. I also use a stationary that uses HTML format. I understand that AOL doesn't understand HTML format, but I also know that under each contact their are two filters I can use to always send these users a message in Plain Text Only. I have Woody's Special Edition Using Office 2000 book and on p. 702, it talks about how to do this. But when I follow his directions, it doesn't bring up the same Contact Properties screen with the Personal Tab on it like in is example. I also don't have a check box for the Plain Text option on my General tab. Is is because I am using a coorporate version?
