HELP: Failed Install of 8.1 upgrade

I have error 0xc1900101-0x40017 trying to upgrade to 8.1 Pro X64 via Windows store. Unable to find a solution.

Tried uninstalling AMD graphics driver (in case of a conflict), disabled Norton anti virus & firewall & disconnected external drives. Same result.

Luckily MIcrosoft restores your original version (complete as pre upgrade), but I'm a lose what to try. Any ideas??

    Best Regards

It definitely looks like a graphics issue. Unfortunately, this early in the upgrade cycle there not be a lot of answers. Seems some people install the preview had the same issue.

Have you tried going to the AMD site and installing the latest driver version prior to the installation?

*Solved* - it was the Steel Series mouse/keyboard software that was the issue, once uninstalled Windows 8.1 update worked!
