    Public Folders - Calendar

If I have more than one person that has permission to add or edit entries in a calendar that is in Public Folders, is there anyway to prevent 2 people putting appointments in the calendar at the same time? We are using it to schedule people and we only want one person to be in each time slot.

    Thanks.

Are you stuck using a public folder? Have you considered using a resource mailbox?

See the TechNet article Managing Resource Mailboxes and Scheduling. Also see Resource Mailboxes in Exchange 2010 at Msexchange.org.

I don't know. I don't know about resource mailboxes, but I will do some checking.

    Thanks.
