    Windows 8.1

I have had constant problems since last Thursday with Windows 8.1. The latest is the result of some learner technician from Microsoft. He reset my account to "local" earlier today. Now I can't access my photographs and many other things. How can I cancel the local account and get back to a full account. My computer is only two months old and has yet to work properly.
I shall be very grateful for any advice.

To switch between account types you go to the Charms bar, Settings, Change PC Settings, Accounts tab. This should be where you can sign onto your account.

If the PC is only 2 months old you might want to discuss the problem with the reseller that sold it to you. This might be a warranty issue.
