Snipping Tool no longer works on Apps in Win 8.1
I upgraded to Windows 8.1 recently and am pretty well satisfied with the improvements.
However I can no longer get the snipping tool to work on any Apps(Metro) screen. It works just fine on the desktop. It was working in Windows 8 and I still have a couple of the screen captures saved from a few months ago. I cannot capture either a full screen or any portion of a window. There is nothing to paste if I try to use PrtScr or Ctrl-PrtScr or Alt-PrtScr when the Apps screen is displayed.
Update: The F Lock key on my keyboard was in the wrong position. Everything is working correctly now...
