Setting row height in a table

    Word 2003

Is the an easy, way of setting alternate rows in a table (rows 2, 4, 6 . . .) to 3cm height exactly ?

I have some 40 tables with a lot of rows and doing this manually is tedious and error-prone ! They don't all have the same number of rows.

    Many thanks

    Martin

You could use VBA (or WordBasic for Word 2003?). An easy interface method would be to just to select every other row by pressing Ctrl as you click at each row. Then you can use Table Properties > Row to set the "Specify height" to 3cm Exactly.

    Eric,

Your second "interface" way is what I am doing. It takes ages.

I'm comfortable with vba in Excel but don't understand enough of the Word syntax to do this.

    Its OK - I recorded a macro. All's well.
