    Task Scheduler Problem

    Hey Y'all,

Ever since I've upgraded to Win 8.1 the task scheduler fires off my backup reminder spreadsheet every time the computer is booted/re-booted vs it's schedule of every Friday. Any ideas?

Define a new schedule, save it, close the app, open it define the schedule again for Friday, save it and hope for the best?

I know, it does sound silly, but sometimes just forcing a rewrite of the configuration works <- experience based knowledge .

    Rui,

Thanks for the idea I'll give it a try. I know what you mean about the "Experience Based Knowledge"! After 35+ years in the industry I've accumulated a bit myself and always get surprised looks/comments when I offer some of it, but it does usually work.

I hope it works, but I can't offer any refunds, sorry
