    Is this malware?

Beginning a few weeks ago, this window pops up about every 10 minutes. I don't want to click on it because the source is unidentified and I don't know how to stop the popup. I'd like to get rid of it completely because I think it's malware but malwarebytes anti-malware doesn't get rid of it. It pops up in the windows desktop, not the browser.

Don't click on that and scan your computer with something like Malwarebytes Antimalware. That doesn't look like a legitimate app message.

Disable all your startup items, reboot, and see if it goes away.

If it is in the Startup item, I have found a small app called What's In Startup is great to disable or delete startup items, there may be an app that can be uninstalled. Just disable the startup item and uninstall the app.

    Problem solved

It was indeed the MyPCBackup as BruceR noted. Now that's gone and the message is gone. Thanks to all who responded.
