    Fonts in OUtlook 2000 (2000)

I have an employee that can view a message if it is in a different color but
when she prints there is no text. If she opens the message, selects the
text and looks at Format | Fonts she notes that the color is set to black.
If she changes it to Auto then the text prints properly.

I cannot figure out how to make that a default. We are using Outlook 2000
and have not seen this problem for anyone else.

Does the text appear in Print Preview? I wonder if it is possible that there is an errant printer setting -- do other users successfully print messages to the same printer? I haven't seen this before, but that's my best guess. Maybe also check under the Page Setup for the Memo style -- I think print with gray shading is selected by default, and maybe the printer can't do that. Good luck.
