    Names Nightmare (Excel 2003)

I have a workbook with about 20 worksheets and several dozen named cells and ranges. My names have somehow become corrupted, and I'm wondering if there is a way to straighten things out. A typical problem right now is that I have sheets named Parameters(OLD) and Parameters(NEW). I want to get rid of the OLD version and retain the NEW. Both of them have a cell named PoolStart, which is referenced from several other pages.

When I delete the OLD version, the NEW shows a cell named PoolStart, but the other pages show #NAME? where formulas include PoolStart.

There are other similar situations, seemingly where a worksheet has been copied to elsewhere in the workbook, then renamed.

I'm wondering if I need to start over (a VERY large task), or if there's a way I can recover from this mess.

I fixed it. Started over. Wasn't nearly as hard as I thought.
