Excel Spreadsheet in Powerpoint (Excel 2000)

I have several large Excel spreadsheets that I am putting into a Powerpoint presentation. When I look at the spreadsheet, it is truncated. I realize there are only so many cells that can be imported, but I have seen this done successfully before but don't see anything on it in the forums. I could use your help. Thanks! <img src=/S/compute.gif border=0 alt=compute width=40 height=20>

I don't have a permanent or automated solution, but got someone around this at work the other day.

(Save your file) Select the cells you want, reduce the font size, autofit the rows and columns, then copy and paste special as a picture. Close your Excel file without saving if so desired.
