security recommendation area on this website

I have been a Window Secrets reader for a long time and thought there was an area on this website with the latest security recommendations for various OS.

Can someone point me to it?

The newsletter used to have a recommended Security Baseline but it hasn't been updated for a long time.

As far as my memory goes, it didn't seem like it was OS specific, Jerry, was it?

No, it just covered Windows as far as I remember. It didn't cover Linux or Apple. But I still think this is what the OP was thinking of. I can't recall any other general Security recommendations either in the Newsletter or in the Forums.

Unless you count a certain poster that pushes HIPS a lot.

Yeah, the guy is a bit of a pusher .

I do have your impression regarding the Security Baseline, it was just a number of products like routers, AV, etc, but not specific to any OS.
