    Windows Anytime Upgrade Problem

I am trying to use windows anytime upgrade. I hit the choice to buy the upgrade and it brings me to a page that asks me to change my locale. I have done this and it still does not work. Attached is an image of what it is giving me. Any Ideas?

It seems the anytime upgrade (when you need to buy the licence) is only avalable in a limited number of countries (Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Germany, Italy, Japan, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the UK, and the US). I suppose you won't be able to buy the license if you have an address of a country where the purchase is not available.

Can you get a friend in one of these countries to buy the license for you?

Why not just contact MS - I'm sure they will welcome the new business http://support.microsoft.com/contactus/

What do you see if you go to Control Panel|Region and Language|Location?
