How to show all program files in Windows 8

I'm still quite new to Windows 8. How to show All programs menu in Windows 8 since it does not have Start button as Windows 7?

First, upgrade to Windows 8.1. Then on the start screen use the small "down" arrow. That will show all programs.

You may also change the what initially displays on the start screen by changing options from the desktop. Right click on the task bar and select properties. Click on the navigation tab. Choose the options you wish in the Start Screen section. Click OK.

Following Joe's suggestions will get you Microsoft's replacement for the traditions Program's folder structure - the Start Screen. Some people love it, some people hate it. If you want to go back to the traditional Windows Program folder structure, you have to install a third party utility. Two of the more popular are:
    Classic Shell (Free) http://www.classicshell.net/
    Start is Back ($3) http://www.startisback.com/

    but there are others.
