    Repair factory-installed Windows 8?

    With no install DVD, how do I go about fixing a Windows 8 installation? It won't connect to the net, and runs bumpy as heck.

    Let us know if the Restore/Refresh does the job as it could be something else that is causing the connectivity problem.
