    Link from form issue

I inherited a database that dates back to 2000! Anyway, Access 2007..there is a link to Outlook in which a signature block appears that Ineed to change. It is not in the person's regular Outlook application (some of them don't have signature blocks to their email..) How can I change this, I have looked through the code and I don't see anything that jumps out at me. I have changed the signature block table associated with this database. Any advise? In the meantime, back to searching the code for answers...

An update...It's in the actual code. I would like to link a person's email address with one field in another table. Is it possible to do this?
    & "<font size='4' face='Verdana'>" & Me.specialist_sign.Column(0) & "<br>" & vbCrLf & " XXX Specialist" (this is what I want to change, what is in bold)..could I link it to another field?) & "<br>"

Is the email address stored in a table that Access can use to do a join? In other words, are you linking to a table that turns out to be data stored in Outlook, or are you reading a Access/SQL Server/Oracle/etc table that you link to in order to get the email address. If it's the latter, then you should be able to use a query joining to that table. On the other hand if it is in Outlook, or something provided as an input parameter, then you will probaby have to resort to using DAO (or ADO) to open up a recordset and find the info in the second table.

What I was actually looking for was in the code after it brought up Outlook. I will just delete it. Thank you.
