Lightbulb Why can't there be a help desk for hotmail users?

Here's the deal, some gal from somewhere, decides to set up a facebook account, using MY Hotmail account. In so doing she now reads my hotmail, as well as digs in my Facebook, yet I can't get the idiot in charge of such things in redmond to fix the thing. My email account is one of the longest that dates to the first edition of Hotmail. Anybody got any suggestions as to how to fix this, shy of taking a double barreled shot gun to Microsoft's HQ and start blasting?

    Welcome to the Lounge!!!

What are you asking Microsoft to do? What sort of fix do you want?

You can certainly change your password on the email account. Microsoft can not do anything to a Facebook account.

Note that Hotmail (Outlook.com) is a free account. Don't expect the same level of service as a paid account.
Did you change the password or are you locked out of your account?
