I am using Outlook 2013 while most my company is still using Outlook 2007. I believe they will be upgraded soon.

I have been tasked to make the resend process simple for a set of customer service persons using a shared mail box.

The project is to create a RESEND button.
This button will reside on the message button bar.
This button will set up a new resend message avoiding the FW: and RE: and message content added when reply or forward is used. The send to or To: field is where the cursor is to reside and that field should be blank.

So the process is simple.
Write a button.
Generate the resend message.
Remove the To: value and keep the cursor there.

Do we have any gurus out there who can guide me as to how this can be done?
I suspect a VBA macro.
