I have just replaced a Lenovo X1 laptop with a Microsoft Surface Pro 2 tablet. I am running Office 2013, AutoCAD 2013 and a number of other things as well as a Toshiba Dynadock which drives two 24 inch 1920 x 1200 monitors when at the office. This tablet is a genuine laptop replacement, as Paul Marshall suggested a few months ago.

Using Outlook on the table when on the road, occasionally the size of the fonts etc is good, but mostly it assumes the 1920 x 1080 look, and the text is too small. Office has a clever icon which allows you to set the menu spacing etc for mouse or touch modes.

One option is to go into view settings and (painfully) alter everything, but then on my desktop it will be way to large.

Does anyone have any experience with this?

Thanks in advance!
