Jet 4 and Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit

I am trying to run some Access 2003 32 Bit databases on a Win 7 64 Bit PC.
I get an error message that Jet 4 Service Pack 8 is not installed.
Microsoft does not appear to have a version of Jet 4 for Windows 7.
We will eventually convert the databases (old, undocumented, lots of VBA, MSCAL.OCX, etc) to Access 2013 but we need to run them for some time while we work through the conversion issues.
Is there a version of Jet 4 for Windows 7 - 32 Bit or 64 Bit?
Based on one quick test one front end appeared to work ok and link to the Access 2003 back end on a Win XP PC.

If you are just trying to put the database on a Windows 7 PC without installing Access see Obtain and deploy the Access 2003 runtime.

We are trying to install Access 2003 32 Bit on the Win 7 PCs to run the databases until we can convert to Access 2013.
Given the complexity of the databases, the lack of documentation and availability of the prior developers and the fact that this is a volunteer effort for a Not-For-Profit, it may take some time before we can deploy the Access 2013 versions so we will probably need to make minor changes to the Access 2003 versions.
We get the error message concerning Jet 4 when we tried to run an Access 2003 database in Access 2003 running on a Win 7 PC with Access 2013 also installed.

Did you install Access 2003 first? You should always install Office from the oldest version first to the newest version last.
