    Can't create user profile

I have a problem with a Windows 7 64 bit Enterprise installation. I've tried to delete and recreate a user's profile because it was not working properly however, I can't seem to get a new one created. This PC is part of a domain. Everytime the user logs in, he gets the message that "you have been logged on with a temporary profile." I deleted all his files under C:\user. What should I try next?

Thanks Jerry but that didn't help. However, I have solved it by doing this:
1- Logon with local admin profile. (or other account different that you want to use, but with admin privileges).
2- Open regedit and go to HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList and deleted the key that referred to the old profile that I was trying to recreate.

    Thanks for the response though.
