Iif statement in access query with color criteria

I am trying to alter the following IIF Statement:

    IIF(IsNull([Diff],"",IIF([Diff]>0, "Over","Not Over"))

This is working correctly but I was wondering if there was a way to add in a light gray highlight when the conditional is "Over"? This IIF statement is in an Access query. Ideally I would like the entire row to highlight where the condition is "Over".

Unfortunately there isn't a way of doing that in a query. However, with conditional formatting, you can display the results of a query on a form or report. See Using Conditional Formatting in Access 2010 Reports for details on how to do it for reports. This Change the appearance of a control... is a bit less technical look at both forms and reports.
