Moving outlook mail file
I have outlook 2003 on a computer (computer 1).
Config Details of Computer 1
- Has a number of folders in the inbox folder
- Leaves a copy of the message on the server
I want to configure another computer (computer 2) that has Outlook 2007 running (with existing email accounts) to read this email as well as all the mail it currently receives from other accounts. I will then trash computer 1.
I believe I just need to on computer 2 add the email account Computer 1 is configured with and this will bring across all the mail that is sitting on the server.
Is this correct?
Which leaves me with the problem of the custom folders sitting under the Inbox of Computer 1 (in which its mail is located). How do I configure computer 2 with all these folders, and how can this be done so that the mail from the server distributes the mail the same way as in computer 1

Is the email account on computer 1 IMAP or POP?
