    CCleaner v4.11 is ready to download! This release sees improvements to the File Finder tool, which now includes an option to find duplicate files based on file content as well as a new upper file size threshold to further narrow your duplicate file search.

    Version 4.11 also improves the way the Drive Wiper detects SSD drives, and adds Startup item management for Opera 15 and newer.

    What is a good program for wiping out deleted files so they can not be recovered?

    You can use CCleaner for that by checking the option to Wipe Free Space which is in the Cleaner section under Adavanced http://www.piriform.com/docs/ccleane...ree-disk-space
