    ...and what doesn't look genuine? Did you send an initial email with said problem or not? That's probably the key piece of info we need to know.

    It looks like it does as in my image if enlarged. Its the bottom of the message that lead me to thinking it was not genuine, it usually give more detail.

    If the links point to WindowsSecrets.com (and not just the text of the link), I see no reason to think it is a spoofing email.
