Exclamation Version 2010 Excel problem with external linking

I have a DVD movie spreadsheet with the title names hyper linked to - for example - http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0277296/
When I test out the hyper link I get a error message "The operation has been canceled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator." This makes no sense that I am the administrator running windows 7 as such.

Comment Added: Just found out if I save the file as a pdf the links to work.

Is there a pop-up message saying somethig about deactivated macros? Not sure how it would look like exactly, since i dont use the english version. However that might be it.

Only popup message displays as in my post.. In the past I have used this same spreadsheet with an older version of excel and worked fine.
