How to remove comma on Access report

    Please help..

I have a report in access that has a field called Name. This field is from a query. It's concatenated of the lastname and firstname fields. [ lastname ] &"' "&[firstname] some rows have no name so it printed a comma on my report. How can I remove them?

    I appreciate your help.

    Report name

    Jones, linda

    Cole, Jim

    Kim,

Welcome to the Lounge as a new poster.

    Change your query field to this FullName: IIf([LN]<>"",[LN] & ", " & [FN],[FN])
    NOComma.JPG
Of course adjusting table field names as appropriate.
