Word 2010: Enable Editing Mode does not allow body text to hyphenate-making the page layout change
My office is new to Word 2010. The IT group insists we have the "Enable Editing" mode active on our system for security reasons (through Words trust center). The problem is that sometimes we have page limits put on our documents. When the recipient who has Word 2010 opens some of our documents may be over the page limit--But if they select "enable editing" the page layout is fine. I noticed that the body text is not hyphenating before "enable editing" is selected. Is there a way to allow the text to hyphenate prior to enabling editing--or to simply display the contents the same as the document was created? (after all, they arent wanting to edit the document...they simply want to read and evaluate the contents).
