    Cursor hesitates after click

Sporadically, my cursor hesitates when moving from place to place. It happens within an application or on the desktop. It doesn't always wait. the pause is 5 - 10 seconds. Everything else seems to be working fine. I'm running Windows 7 Professional on a Dell M6800 laptop using a logitech wireless mouse.

    Have you checked the battery?
Do you have the most current Logitech driver?
Have you moved any other wireless device around the computer?

Could be worth giving the sensor on the underside a clean.

With the USB in, go into Device Manager/Universal Serial Bus controllers, right click on each of the USB Host Controllers and select Uninstall until you hear the mouse disconnect and then it will auto reinstall the drivers.

Click on Action/Scan for hardware changes and wait for it to reinstate the others if you had to uninstall more than one USB Host Controller before the mouse disconnected.
