Clean up system files in Vista

In Windows 7 I run clean up system files when I run Disk Cleanup
--- I found out about that in one of WS Newsletters but I can't find which one it's in

I believe instructions for doing so was included for Vista
--- Can someone point out that newsletter or help me find the instructions to do the same in Vista?

AFAIK, the only cleanup you can do in Vista is after a service pack installation. See How to Use the Vista SP2 Disk Cleanup Tool for details.
