    Internet Connection Sharing

Internet Connection Sharing prevent me hibernating my computer, warning that I may cut off another user's internet connection even when I am not on-line. Can I some how temporarily stop ICS when not online and force it to sleep?

Has this bug been fixed in Windows XP?
