    Error message when trying to create System repair disc

    I have 3 new Dell Optiplex Win 7 64 machines. I am trying to create a system repair disc on each machine. Whenever I try to create the system repair disc, I get a failure on each one. here is the error message

    Windows repair disc has stopped working
    Check online for a solution and close the program
    Close the program

    I had Dell on the phone and computer trying to figure this out without any success. A google search shows a lot of other people have experienced the same thing. I disabled the Antivirus, tried it with a disc and without a disc. No joy...
    Microsoft really doesn't address it in much depth.

    A Win 7 Recovery disk created on one machine will work on other Win 7 machines, so there's no need to create one on each.
