    Please can anyone help me with the attached problem from event viewer, is it
    something serious?

    It looks like others have this problem, particularly if they use Skype, and Microsoft have a Hotfix available to fix a memory leak in Audiodg.exe.

    Also, have a look at Windows Audio Service keeps stopping which describes the same problem, same faulting application name (and version) and same faulting module name and same versions. The remedy was to remove the VIA audio drivers, reboot and let Windows search online for the driver.
