How may I restore folders in Outlook 2013?

I accidentally deleted several sub folders in my Archive Folders section. I do not have 365 and am not using the exchange program. My computer guru thinks I'm out of luck, but I think that there has to be a way to retrieve them. Please help!

    Hi Kauaiswimmer,

If its soft deletion, then you can retrieve back the deleted data using the simply “Move to Folder” option. But if it has been permanently deleted then there is no option for you apart from choosing any third party utility to recover those items.

You can read more about hard deletion and soft deletion: http://www.en.pstrecovery.net/repair...ted-items.html

    Thanks

If the folders were anywhere other than the deleted items folder in the archive they should've been moved to the deleted items folder in the archive. If you delete something from deleted items it is gone. If you used a Shift+Delete the items/folders would be permanently deleted too.
