I would start by setting up the bullets as directed by Shauna Kelly. Then I would either use the Organizer to copy all of the related styles or would have text in all of the styles involved and paste that text using source formatting into a new document.

Note Andrew's caveat on copying into a new document applies to my suggestion to paste as well.

A very simple method is to create an empty paragraph using that Style in the source document, copy it and paste it into the target document.

Paul's method should work if the style name doesn't already exist in the target document. It is somewhat reliant on it's based-on attributes though. Also note that if the stylename does already exist in the target document (even if the style is hidden), then the style differences from the source won't magically appear in target with a simple copy/paste.
