    Word 10 - autotext/autocorrect?

I just typed four numbers and the Enter key and a block of text was inserted into my Word document - exactly like autotext works, except using Enter instead of F3.

Interestingly, this block of text is a legal case caption, which is the kind of text we usually have autotext.

This isn't an autotext entry, or autocorrect. What else could this be? Thank you for any help!

Update - I did a little more investigating and found it actually is autotext, just Word anticipating which autotext you want and prompting you to hit Enter to insert it.
