No HP printer driver for 64 bit system.

I have replaced my 10 year old Pentium XP system with a Windows 7, 64 bit system. HP does not have a Windows 7, 64 bit driver available for my HP 2300dn printer (only 50000 copies old). Is there any way I can continue to use this printer other than reverting to a 32 bit installation?

    John.

It looks like they have something for Win 7 x64bit http://h20565.www2.hp.com/portal/sit...token#Software - Universal Print Driver

Click on Obtain Software for the 13 Oct 2011 and have a read through the next page, but it would seem that Windows will provide the driver.

My Win 7 x64 has a built in HP Laserjet 2300 driver. No need for external driver files.

    cheers, Paul
