    Page Numbers (Word 2000)

I was wondering if anyone could assist me. I am working on a 18 page document. This is what I want to do. The first 2 pages should not have page numbers, the next three pages should be labelled using small case roman numerals. The next page should begin with the number 1. Is there an easy way of doing this, and can I make it show up on the TOC.

You need three sections for this document. The first will have no page numbers; the second will have page numbers but the page number formatting will be changed to romanettes; the third will have numeric page numbers (make sure that "continue page numbering from previous section" is unchecked). As always, make sure that "Same as previous" is unhooked from the footer.

Yes there is. Take a look at <A target="_blank" HREF=http://www.mvps.org/word/FAQs/Numbering/PageNumbering.htm> Page Numbering in Word</A> which you may want to bookmark.
